Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition
- Must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Must include all original packaging and tags
Custom color selections are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please email us at kurt@kadeoutdoors.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.
2. Exchanges
Need a different size or standard color? Exchanges are accepted within the same 30-day window, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
Custom color items are not eligible for exchange.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at kurt@kadeoutdoors.com and include photos. We’ll make it right.
