Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kade Outdoors! Below you’ll find information about our shipping process for both in-stock and custom-built rods.

Processing & Fulfillment Times

  • In-Stock Pre-Built Rods: Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days after purchase.
  • Custom-Built Rods: Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for production and fulfillment. Each rod is handcrafted to order with care and precision.

Please note: Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We primarily use:

  • Spee-Dee Delivery for open water rods
  • UPS for ice fishing rods
  • Occasionally USPS or FedEx, depending on location and order size

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping is applied based on product type. Rates are displayed at checkout.
  • Local Pickup is also available and can be selected at checkout if applicable.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. If you have any trouble tracking your shipment, please contact us at kurt@kadeoutdoors.com.

Delivery Issues & Damaged Packages

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist. Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
