1-Year No Questions Asked Warranty

All KADE Outdoors handcrafted custom rods come with a 1-year no questions asked warranty. If your rod breaks within one year of purchase, please contact us via email through our Contact page. We will review your claim and, upon approval, provide return instructions.

Please Note:

  • Shipping and packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

5-Year Accidental Breakage Policy

We understand that accidents happen. To support our customers, we offer a 5-Year Accidental Breakage Policy: 

  • Within five years of purchase, if your rod breaks for any reason, you are eligible for a one-time replacement at 50% off the current MSRP.
  • This offer is limited to one replacement per rod and applies only to the original owner.
  • A valid receipt is required to validate the purchase.
  • Clearance rods are excluded from this policy.
  • All replacements must be for the same exact product.
  • Applicable taxes and shipping fees apply.
  • All warranty claims must be processed directly through KADE Outdoors. Dealers are not authorized to handle claims.

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via our Contact Page with your order details and a description of the issue.
  2. Review: Our team will assess your claim and respond promptly.
  3. Return Instructions: If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
  4. Shipping: Package the rod securely. Shipping and packaging costs are your responsibility.
  5. Replacement: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your replacement or applicable discount.
