Order Cancellation

All purchases can be cancelled at any time prior to shipping.  A 10% cancellation fee may apply.  Custom rods built with options not listed on our website can not be cancelled/returned.  Cancellations are acceptable prior to manufacturing of the rod.

Returns

All Custom ordered rods with nonstandard color combinations and specialty-built rods are non-returnable.

All stock rod sales are returnable within 30 days of purchase and the product is in new unused condition in it's original packaging.  A receipt must be provided for proof of purchase. A 20% re-stocking fee applies to all returns.

To request a return please send an email with the original receipt to 4kadeoutdoors@gmail.com.  You will be notified by email with packaging and shipping directions.  Return shipping cost and packaging is solely the responsibility of the customer. 

Should the returned item not be in sellable condition as determined by KADE Outdoors llc, you will be notified by email of the product rejection.

Shipping Times

Shipping of in stock pre-built rods is typically 3 to 5 business days.  Custom built rods are typically 2 to 3 weeks.

Website Terms

We do our best to accurately describe all items and provide accurate pricing. KADE Outdoors llc reserves the right to cancel any orders of products that  have incorrect prices due to various errors and will correct the error as soon as notified.
