All of our handcrafted custom rods come standard with a 1-year limited warranty against materials and manufacturers defects.  Should your rod break within the 1-year period simply contact KADE Outdoors llc by email on the contact page.  KADE Outdoors llc will review your claim and contact you.  Once the claim has been approved, package the rod according to the return direction provided by KADE Outdoors llc.  All Shipping expenses are not covered by this warranty.  Shipping and packaging is the sole responsibility of the consumer.

Accidental breakage Policy by KADE Outdoors llc.  

We know it happens and when it does it can be heart breaking.  We've all broken rods and understand the sickening feeling of losing out on hard earned money.  We understand and want to make those accidents less painful. 

  • For the first year of ownership if you break your rod for any reason at all you can purchase a replacement for 50% off current MSRP. 
  • If you break your rod in the second year of ownership a replacement can be purchased for 25% off current MSRP. 

A receipt is required for validation of purchase.  Each rod can only be replaced once.  This offer is nontransferable and only applies to the original owner.  All warranties must be claimed directly with KADE Outdoors llc.  Clearance rods are excluded from this offer.  All replacements must be for the same exact product.  All dealers are not authorized to process claims.  Applicable taxes and shipping fees apply.
